Characteristics of Kabkab dates

Kabkab dates are one of the types of dates in Iran. The color of the fruit is yellow in the prickly stage and light brown and burnt brown in the wet stage, and it turns dark brown when fully ripe. Its consumption is mostly in moist and dates. Unlike other dates, Kabkab dates have a bitter taste when they are unripe and prickly.
